Charlotte Chapman, Licensed Professional Counselor, has been providing training and consultation in several areas in the mental health and substance abuse counseling field for twenty-five years.

The training content and delivery is designed to meet the needs of each group of professionals and is based on adult learning theory so that they are interactive and relevant to the participants’ work setting.
